    [I'MLOST] everything checks 12 volts/ground speedo works. in 5 weekends riding hard left locked 1 time in reverse. can i bypass  the switches/speedo to a toggle switch  any help

Not sure what is wrong? Is the frt end staying locked in??check the oil in the frt end if its real low or milky u could have burned it up:(

I've been in the hubs replaced armatures roller's cage spring all look good  i can turn awd switch on and stick a screw driver to the magnet last weekend the left front engaged one time in reverse

are you running the polaris oil in the frnt end?? did you have the over ride button pushed in when u was backing up?Huh?

Hope u was joking bout the "type F " fluid you have to use the Polaris oil it has "stuff" in it. to make the frt end work, used to have metal in to make the magnets work in the frt end.

alright I'm going back in polaris fluid what about the diff front/ rear all the same fluid. my head lights high or low  just started flashing after about 5 minutes of riding i ran a hot wire to the 2 low lights  people say it's the switch ? i love this machine if 4x4 worked it would probably scare me. torque 112 in # for the front bearings anybody going to okee mud devil's garden or port st lucy

OK went to broward motor sports bought demand drive plus/AGL plus syn gearcase lube  and transfluid /ATV angle drive fluid sales guy spent 20 min and could not tell me what went where
