Has anyone any experience it replacing the drive belt on a 2010 Polaris 800. Whats it all about any special tools, any tricks, anything I should know about doing it? All comments appreciated.

Recommend buy the Polaris Mech/ Tech manual, comes with a DVD and picture to show you how to change it and tools required.

you shuld check with EPI Perfomance,they have badd azzzed belts ,plus the right tools pullers ect.

If you still haven't changed the belt shoot me a pm!! You can bring it over & we'll pull the wheeler up on the trailer & change it out. Should take a hour or so to do it. Easy to do!!!!!!!!
