We moved into out house ten years ago. At that time our pool heater was brand new. We only heat the hot tub (it seats 7 people) and lately its been costing us a fortune to heat it. They want 400 to fill our propane tank. Should I switch to electric? What are my options. This propane heater I have seems to be on its way out anyway.

If you have a 15x30 pool you want a 80,000 to a 109,000 btu heater. the heat pump will pay for it's self quickly. your cost should be around $3000.00
