How much sence does it make to install one on a bike that has a temp.(dummy) light?  The King Quad has a way too small radiator and if its not cleaned to damn near new after every ride the bike will get hot....

welcome to the world of water cooled and mud. the 2 dont mix so well.  put the rad up on your rack and u will never have poblem agian.  jrpro  is the man with raditors  up on front rack   and he pretty cheap on a price.  temp gage  is good so u  can see where your at before u get to hot, but the real fix would be  to put raditor on you rack so it never gets cloged and over heat.

Im tryin to keep as much rack space as possible. I wanna eventually get an audiopipe. But the rad relocation might be my only option here. Can it be done with my stock radiator and what kinda work is envlolved? Also how about installing a switch to keep the fan running all the time, do you think its worth it or just a waste of a switch?

its well worth it  jrpro  keeps fan runnin all the time  i keep fan runnin all the time on my 4x4 and thats an air cool bike.   he (jrpro)  does switch and everyhting when he does the job.   yes you use stock rad and fan.   u can buy the kit from hghlifter(well over 100 bucks just for parts)  or jrpro   can custom make you one out of metal.   send him a pm  and he will give u price. i am not sure what he charges. and you best bet while u have bake apart go ahaed and snorkle the motor so u dont have to worry bout anything just contact jrpro  he is  the f ing man
