Na he's still out in the fields. I say we find more of his illegal relatives and send them back for a family reunion. If they're so good and contribute to society we'd be doing cuba wrong to keep them here. send em back and let them build up cuba and sell their citiznes cell phones  Wink

I actually feel dumber for having read that article.  What a poorly written, uneducated and senseless article.  Don't get me wrong, I have to admit that I have a hard time knowing my hard earned tax money goes to support some "political refugee".  But how unintelligent can you be to write something so juvenile?  Somehow it doesn't surprise me that some Baptist dolt wrote that.  A Catholic would never write something so mindless.   Tongue   I think I maybe opening up a can of worms, but this should be fun.

Yeah, another great video!!  Honestly, the real issue is that the guy was driving drunk.  Forget about him being illegal.  What if he was legal?  Would it have been news then?  Probably not.  Thousands of people die each year by the hands of drunk drivers.  To be exact, according to statistics, about two people die every hour because of a drunk driving incident.   It is a misfortune what happen to those girls, but at the same time, you can't mess with fate.  When it's your time to go, an illegal drunk driver, or an American citizen drunk driver will take you down.  Why don't they take out the statistics of the rest of the people that were killed by a drunk driver in Virginia, and the rest of the nation?  I guess that wouldn't prove O'Reily's point.   The real point here should be, DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!!!

How about the fact that instead of being punished for the multiple DUI's of his past he was deported instead of in prison where he belongs. And how about the fact that he was an unlicensed driver due to his illegal status ? and that means no insurance to cover any of the damages for those he hit. You're right, illegal aliens aren't a problem at all. The fact that they mooch off our welfare systems, drain our schools and don't (in many cases) even speak English, work and get paid without tax liabilities - which means no matter how long they're here they don't contribute to the welfare they live on, don't pay taxes to help schools their kids drag down, and why not rob or burglarize since there's no trace of them even being here in the first place ? It's like carte blanch and we pick up the tab. All the while they protest in our streets claiming it's their right ( which it's not as these rights are for American citizens, not people that come here illegally) and tell us they don't have to abide by our laws. Yep, no problem there at all. Why don't we just send everyone in mexico a check every month and just ask them to stay where they are so at least we don't have to feel like the foreigners when we go into a Home Depot ?

I don't believe in coming to this country illegally, but I do believe that anyone should be welcomed, as long as they go through the process.  The mix of the cultures, and the influences of the different nations is what makes this country so great.  I was going to go more in depth about the whole illegal thing, and how I feel it affects us, but screw it... It's too complicated of an issue, and there's no real answer that will make everyone happy.   We've done it to ourselves, is all I will say.

I disagree. We don't owe it to anyone to just allow them in. If we did we would be a minority in the world. We have historically been the "melting pot" but we have to look out for our best interests now. For security reasons we can't have open borders. besides, when people want to go to mexico to live, they have to go through proper channels, can't vote, can't own land, can't open a business unless it conforms to specific rules, etc. In fact they can legally shoot those illegally entering their country and do so at their Southern borders even when it's just people more poor than themselves looking for a better life and employment. Just shows them for the hypocrites that they are.

I agree we did it to ourselves though. It was all about greed. lower cost for labor meant more profit in the pockets. And less labor costs meant cheaper prices at many checkout registers. Now it's bit us in the azz hard. Now we're not just paying them to work, the liberals have us supporting anyone that can produce an anchor baby, fill out the form - en espanol - for welfare, food stamps, health care, etc. At some point these illegals that used to get the shaft starting giving it to us with all the bleeding hearts crying about how they just want a better life - then raise our taxes to pay for it, all the while the illegals laugh.......
