When I turn off my bike there is a buzzing sound followed by a couple of clicks.  Could this be the celleunoid maybe?

When I feel athletic, I go to a sports bar.

It is in the belt housing, belt actuator and sensor.  All Praires and twin peaks do this from brand new.  Have you had this sound before or is it new.  My 700 and 360 did the same.  It is a buzz and like 3 or so clicks.

Yes it is a buzz and 3 or 4 clicks.  I bought the bike from a girl that rode it 2 or 3 times.  The bike is practically new.  Will this noise go away after it's good and broke in?

No it does that everytime.  It resets it's self.  That is a charteristic of the bike, nothing to worry.
