Ok i got a 90cc pantera from a neighbor and it wasnt running. My dad and i got it running and now it runs but is too torque"y" and not enough pep in its step. What are some things i could possible do to get her to get a lil more pep. Any restricters or something?

my friend has one of those "Pantera's" they are from Pepboys and I have no idea were to get parts for it from... My friend went to Pepboys to get some parts the other day and said the company wen't out of buisness... They said that Bombardier bought the company out or something... Wink

yeah my dad caled for a manual and they told him they went out of business too. Yep a lil pepboys one. hey it was free lol but i cant wheelie it!!!
