this orange wire is in the front of the quad, the directions say no splice into the orange wire that goes into the starter coil this is one of the few orange wires on the quad?

i am installing a pro design, and my quad is electric start, i couldnt find the wire but i got so p'ed off i was about to just clip one of the wires coming out of the strater box and splice it in, but i didnt think it was worth the risk...

ya im not goona do that, its in the shop write now for some new flywheel gears or something like that. im just gonna ask the technician there.

hey man, I just put a Pro Design kill switch on my 06 Predator . the short wire on the kill switch gets grounded to the frame and the long one goes to the white wire with the red stripe coming off the stater. I got the techs at the local dealership to help me find the correct wire from the stater, spliced it in and everything worked fine. IM  me if you have any problems.    Before you mount the switch, make sure your wire is long enough to reach the stater. I had to move mine down the bars a little. P.S. make sure your bike is the same as mine! I don't know if yours is different or not!
