my ex already has filed a motion for contempt because I lost my job back in Feb and don't have the cash for child support till a week ago, and also lost my insurance,,,,,,I'm going to love to go in front of a judge and explain about this weekend.

Look at it this way, when you go to this hearing you have the opportunity to speak about the whole situation.
You could ask the judge for a child support reduction so that you are able to get the health insurance back and on your feet again. Ask for a hearing in say 3-6 months to review your financial status to be able to go back to paying your regular amount. Then tell the judge I really feel my 7yr old daughter is being put in situations that are not HEALTY or in her best interest. This LITTLE GIRL, is being shifted betweens moms ex's as mom feels it is ok. The whole situation seems like mom is willing to let the child go with whoever will take her.
I am a single mom....let me tell you if I found out my sons father was pulling sh*t like this I would be outraged, on the phone with whatever atty, judge or who ever I needed to speak to and get my daughter back with me!
I WOULD NEVER LET MY CHILD GO in that situation. That is one of those situations where her MOTHER should have protected her and said. That is a really nice offer, but I don't think it is best for my daughter, you are not here dad and we are not married anymore. Talk about EMOTIONAL TERMOIL for a 7yr old.
