What happened is a head on collision at about 55mph around a corner.
I let a friend drive my quad and he wrecked it literally 5 secounds after
he got on it..

Moral of the story: Don't let friends drive your sh*t.

Quad #1 - 2002 Honda 400ex

Quad #2 - 2001 Honda 400ex

that looks like it was a serious wreck, hope your friend is alright

clipped a tree and flew right over the handlebars?

was it dustin?
It wasn't dustin it was a friend i let drive my quad, he ran straight into
my brother as he was coming around the corner, the kid landed in a catus
patch, and my brother has a broke foot from when my quad hit his A-arms/wheel
it kicked the steering wheel into my brother's foot as he was thrown off over the
front.

Wow man thats terrible. I hope your bro and friend is alright. Thats why I never let anyone on mine. My cuz hopped on mine and threw it in reverse and went literally 5ft and hit a palmetto root and fliped it over..... So even if you know the guy, DONT LET FRIENDS DRIVE YOUR QUAD....

My friends two sons went to the skate park in PC, on the way home from riding. They had the brilliant idea to let there skate buddies talk them into riding both quads. An 05 Polaris Phoenix & 05 Blaster. Well the kids started a dragrace & the kid on the blaster beat the kid on the Phoenix(of course) & at the end, wide open, turned right in front of the Phoenix while the kid had the throttle pinned. The blaster left rear axle was bent 90 degrees & so was the rim, the Phoenix had the output shafts(axle) ripped right thru the aluminum case on the tranny. Noone was hurt miraculously. Now after $1000 repair the blaster is back in action, but to replace the complete shaft drive rear end on the phoenix makes it junk. No the kids parents did not offer up any money at all. They just had got new ITP Cseries baja wheels & holeshots all the way around too. I never let anyone ride my quads unless they are family & even then I am nervous.

Not even family, Bro! My 32 year old irresponsible cousin flipped my wife's bike and broke his collar bone in less than an hour into our ride with a friend of mine. Talk about embarrassing! If you can't buy it, you can't ride it!

wow, that is some nasty bike carnage, hope the riders don't look like that.  Just wondering if you street ride, there is not much tread left on those tires.  Smiley

Ahh yes, Hollywood did like to follow trees down the trails  Grin

I ride 50/50 trails and street, and as for my brother he broke 6 bones in his foot, and the other kid has some bad cuts.
