Have you check lake city or mayo florida area?
You might have to lookup land companys in thoses areas i have seen alot
places like that in paper ads here but that be my best choice
if have any buddyies that lived in Northern FL areas or go to lake city
outby I75 such as shopping small plazas and there's place outby crack barrier
and you should find land property ads flyers over by daniel crapps area in lake city outby I75,
and you might have to look at land propertys ads in lake city reporter
or mayo press.becuase sometimes in local paper they don't posted theses land classifields
on net and you might find them alot cheaper that way somtimes such as land buyowners.
That be my best bet to look for places like that or
look in south of lake city areas such as branford hwy areas. It just depends on
where your at in Northern Florida.
