I know, I know.  Kazuma       It ran crappy for a couple of days them all of a sudden it won't start.  It will turn over with starter fluid but will not stay running.

Can anyone help?

Paul,
sounds like its not getting gas first pull the fuel line off the carb and see if you are getting gas to the carb (put a pan under quad) if so there is a screw on the bottom of the carbs float bowl loosen it and see if gas drain's out if no gas draines out the float is stuck or needle is stuck or both pull the carb off and clean it. if gas draines out when you loosen bowl drain the its gumed up pull carb and clean it really well with carb cleaner remove all jets and clean them out if you get stuck send me a pm I can help

i cleaned it out and it ran for about 20 mins then it died but I noticed it was out of fuel. there is a small hose near the top of the carb that is an L shaped hose pointing down that does not connect to anything was leaking fuel so i think the float is stuck now so i am going to clean it again tomorrow with some good carb cleaner and try that.

does that sound like the float is sticking?
