i would take it to ATP if i were you. They can do it all and do it very good and probably faster than you. maybe even cheaper depending on what you do.

I talked to nightbreeder, and I am going to take it to their shop. They are going to measure it, and see if I need a bore and hone or just a hone. They will also be boring and/or honing it. I ordered a regular bore piston the other day, but I dont think it has shipped yet, so I think I can switch my order.

Ok, I took it to nightbreeders shop, and they said it need to be bored. So I am going with the 406 bore, and I talked to rockymountainatv, and I am getting the 86mm piston on monday. So I am thinking this project should start moving along, as long a there are no suprises (wish me luck).
