Got lost yesterday - if you helped thank you!!

Well yesterday at Croom - I got turned around! I know its hard to get lost all you have to do is follow the fence line. I got stuck in an area that I did not feel was safe terrain for a 6yr old and kept getting farther and farther away from the parking area. A lot of washed out area's. I could not get back to the truck via a safe path w/out going through the green stuff out there. Well I finally ran into a guy out there riding alone who was so kind enough to get us out of there. I didn't ask him if he was a member here..I was just so happy someone helped me and little one (I started to panic and couldn't get my bearings since it was just me and him out there) not to metion I wasn't feeling to safe on my bike since the weekend before I took a really bad fall.

Anyway I wanted to make sure this man knew how thankful I was so I thought I would make a post in case he was a member here.

I got lost in a ATV park in N. Carolina and i asked my 6 year old and he was right. I know the feeling.

oh man it sucks getting lost. i could imagine with a little one.
one time we got lost and it felt like we were going round in circles.
we were getting low on gas and decided to go in a straight line floating the bikes(back then they were 3 wheelers)over ditches flooded in water. carrying them over boulders, pushing thru mud til we finally made it to a dirt road that got us back. i'll never forget that day.
