Today's issue of TBT has a quad on the front cover and talks about the 13yr old girl that was killed in the ATV crash. For those of you that have not seen/read it. Here's the link...

It also talks about on Oct. 1st the law goes into effect about it being legal to operate atvs on unpaved roads under 35mph. There is another post on here about that info. here is the link.
