i already posted this in the racing forum but wanted to put it here so more people would be likely to see it.

im going to try racing ftr this year. ive never raced before and need some advice. first off, i have a 2006 kymco mxu 300 (its a ute) i am 21 years old. yes i am a begginer but consider myself pretty good. what class would i be in or should i be in. secondly, what is the difference between a hare scramble and a quad scramble, which can i race or can i race both. third...i also have an 03 warrior im rebuilding, if i finish it during the season can i switch classes or ride two classes. also where can you get a tethered kill switch. any advise would be helpful and appreciated.

This link will take you to FTR classes.  Click on Quad Scrambles.  http://www.floridatrailriders.org/classes.htm You'll probably want to run the Utility class with the other Utes.  Check out the rule book and member guide. There is a lot of info there.

This year will be my first time since I was young and I can't wait for the season to start.  the September 2nd QS has been postponed so as of now the seanon starts Sept 23 in Orlando.  The flyer has been post on FTR's site also.
