is the flag rue enforced, i really would like to know because my atv's are almost completly fixed, and thats probally the first place i'm headed, i recently got mudlite's on the rear of my blaster and when it became "wrecked" i have not been able to get the mudlites any where near the mud so let me know so i don't rush out there and get kicked out before the quads are even fired up

I think they were warning people july 4th weekend although I didnt get warned because I stayed away and they are supposed to start ticketing the coming weeks.  You could always just ride off of the leeve it's not like they can follow u in there truck.  I am going to get a flag today probably walmart for a cheap one.

Its actually an old rule the game and fish commision has had for many years. I had a whip with a flag on my atc 200 back in the 80's. Not a new rule but sounds like it hasnt been enforced.
This is required due to all the high sawgrass and to hopefully prevent you being run over by a fulltrack.

Its a good idea to use one if you going be in the thick . I remember one weekend while riding on a buggy we seen the grass moving but couldnt see what it was , so it might a deer and you get on it only to have a close call with a atc.
