Why do you need  a laser dot for that type of weapons system? 

Isn't it just "KILL BY NUMBERS" with that weapon? Point, shoot in zig zags, and hope you don't have much collateral damage.

I love Rico's idea, but, you can do the same thing on SW8th in Miami. And, a grinder would have to cut through both sides of the link on the New York Fahgettabouti motorcycle chain from Kryptonite, not just one side. Or, would have to cut the ATV. Besides the noise and time required, I'm not so sure that a 12V  battery-powered grinder would have enough juice to do the complete job of cutting though both sides. Even so, with disc locks on front and back, the thieves will have to carry the 500lb ATV from your property and lift it onto their truck.
