how do I post a picture?

Upload the pic, and paste the IMG link to the site.

Just FYI: After doing a search that link is all that I got too...it is helpful for re-sizing photos but there really is not any good info on how to post a photo once you resize it. It didn't help me learn how to post them. Cableguy gave me very detailed directions that made it so easy to post the pic. I think thats why everyone asks all the time.
