Dynojet kits.. For the YFZ, anyone know about them?

I have a dynojet kit with the biggest jet being a 165 and the smallest being a 124. I am running a 142 or 144, not sure I would have to pull the jet to see.
Anyways, I have it in and the bike still runs the pipe red hot, it back fires every once in a while. It is orange fire. I run with the air box lid off. I am running the Full HMF pipe, with the quite core out.
Does anyone here run the Dynojet kit in their YFZ with the correct settings?
I am in naples florida so it is pretty much sea level, but mose of the races never come close to here maybe closest to okeechobee or clewiston if that plays a factor into it.
While im at is, how do I get my pipe to sit PERFECTLY on my header?
Thanks, I want to hear from people like Jake and Chuck or Willis.

you should be able to run a 175 get rid of the dyno jet needle and put the stock needle back in. the stock needle runs better than any one on the market

dont know if the size is relative, but just put a 150 on my neighbors z400 and it runs damn good. if yours is 50ccs more i guess a bigger one would do fine but i'm new to this whole jetting thing. sorry.....

I am not running the Dyno jet but here is my jetting. 52 pilot, YZ needle on the 4th clip and a 178 main jet. 1.5 turns out on the air screw. I also run the jet4power system that tells me where my jetting is at. best thing I have ever bought.

Chuck, you're the first person that's mentioned they're running a jet4power. I was really considering getting one. Glad to here it works well. Do you keep it permenantly mounted? Or only when you're jetting?

No problem, I was actually thinking of that idea the other day.. Put a MAF in the exhaust to get perfect tuning.
Stupid me went out just not and bought a size 70, thats right.. SEVENTY and EIGHTY size jets.. I totally forgot about the 1 that was supposed to come before it.

Put the stock needle back in, or get an NCVQ needle.
Your pilot jet will be between a 45 and a 50
The main jet will be between a 165 and a 178
