Most of you know know that a fellow rider and member of this site (Mike Greene) was seriously injured in an ATV accident. He has been in a coma for ~3 weeks. Good news is that he is now awake.
A lot of the people who visit this site have met Mike and his family, he is a good friend of the plex and his daughter had started racing in the SSQSA series.
During our upcoming feature weekend we have suspended our regular events and we are going to hold 2 benefit poker runs..one wet...one dry.
It's going to cost $10 per hand and 100% of this goes to help our buddy Mike.
Even if you are not attending the feature, you can still take part in this. You can send $10 per hand via paypal and we will have someone collect the cards in your name.
There are going to be some cool prizes, I am donating 2 of my summer passes for the plex..good until Sep 1st, plus some plex shirts, Only Powersports & The Plankeys are donating goody bags full of atv accessories (things like handgrips etc) I think TBRD are going to try and get us some shirts, Rent & Roll have donated a bunch of shirts, Chuck Norris has donated 2 oil changes at his dealership...I am sure we are going to have more prizes too.
