new to the site. looking to meet some peeps for some riding

well im new to this site and wanted to introduce myself. name is marc people call me 305 i have a yamaha blaster with a little work done to it and wanted to see if theres some others out my way that wanna go ridding. i live in inverness florida about 30 miles south of ocala.
so who's out this way and where do you guys ride at? heres a couple pics of my bike. hope to get to know some of the atv fans around here.

There are a few citrus county people on this forum, myself being one of them. Best bet for riding is croom in brooksville. There are some local trails that we use to be able to ride as long as we were respectful, but the idiots that ride golf courses and public streets ruined that for us. So inverness riding is no more, unless your up for getting your quad taken and a big ol fine. Hook up with some groups on this forum for group rides. Hopefully some people that frequient croom will post, but if not, just go ride the front pit and make some friends!

Mine's down with a bent axle right now and I can't do any hard riding, so I just stay off of it...since I don't know how to ride any other way lol.  '05 honda 450r

you ever ride off 41 by the phosphate pits in hernando? someone told me you need a title to ride at croom is that true?
cause all i have is a bill of sale and whats it cost?
man i didnt think there would be anyone out this way to ride with. inverness is a pretty dead town.

yeah dude, there are actually a ton of people that ride in CC but none of it is legal. That place  your talking about is epic, but illegal! I see cops on quads out there quite a bit, I live near the 41/200 split in hernando.

Bill of sale is fine, they might give you a little crap for it, but they'll take it. I think it's $60 for a year, not much more than that atleast, and well worth it.

you say its illegal to ride by those pits..
but what will they do if they catch me? i got stopped the other day i was ridding down 44 the guy just said you know you cant ride that on the streets right.. i said yep. he said just go home.. lol
hows the ocala forest? have to pay there as well?
if you were to go ridding i guess you'd go to croom huh..

I would say croom also. I am not to far away in Ocala. I ride croom all the time and tommorow if it doesnt rain I will be at Hard Rock MX in Ocala with the TampaBayridindirty.com crew. we are all over the state of fl. and Mostly ride at croom and Race XC and MX!!
