ATVers get credit for something

Last night on WSVN Miami/Fort Lauderdale there was a story about a fire on Krome ave. The news broadcaster said that ATV riders were credited for helping put out the fire because of the trails they made in the woods acted like fire breaks and the fire could not spread.

But then they were wondering who started the fire and stated if it was arson they will try and find the person. Hope it was not a ATV rider. It was just weird how she said it.

I read all the articles but nowhere did they meantion the help of the ATV riders.

At least we got credit for someting from the news but not from the fire or government officials

Hopefully, that newscaster is riding an ATV rider.

I`m susprised to hear that ,the media normaly doesn`t put a positive spin an anything or give credit where credit is do.
