Yes, I made it today. I'm working on some bugs in the layout now. I can't decide if I should change the colors of the forum itself to match it. What do you think?

I like it the way it is Black on the "Forum" and color on the "Home" but I do like the Navigation Tabs better in the "Forum" rather than in the "Home". Thats just me. It's your party, change how you want.

Would be nice if the root menu was on the bottom of the page also. Won't have to scroll up to navigate back.
Like the colors. And the font.
