As most of you are probably aware my son Chris Williams broke his collar bone yesterday at Bartow practicing. I just wanted to express my gratitude for all of the help and kindness that has been show to Chris and myself. Thanks to TJ Cordero for getting the bike off of Chris and then to come and get me and take me to where he was at. Thanks to Yolanda, Sam & Tom for getting me to the hospital, packing us up and everything else that you have done for us. I would also like to thank Dan, Gary Yokley, Brett Levan and everyone else that was there and who has called us. Chris himself has pulled bikes off many of other riders and helped them in the past. It was good to see that these riders were there for him in his time of need. It is a dangerous sport but you will not find a nicer group of people to be around when you are in a time of need.
Thanks again for everything. Reba

Thanks everyone! Yes, unfortunately, he has been there and done that before too. He broke the other collar bone 4 yrs ago at Lorettas in five spots. He raced two weeks later. (Against our better judgement). He had promised to ride around slow and take last place points. He lied! At least this one looks to be broken in one spot and is not a mangled mess like the other one. We will know more later today when we go to the orthopaedic doctor. Thanks again and Happy Holidays to you all.

Chris,Reba and Steve, If you guys need anything please give us a call,Chris goto YouTube and search collarbone healling techniques and there is one where you can fix this with a screwdriver and a couple of zip-ties(and of course...a little bit-o-duct tape).
Heal Fast and Happy Holidays to all

Toby, I'm suprised he hadn't thought of the zip tie technique. lol Don't be giving him any ideas. I don't think we are going to be able to keep him down for long though. He was already working on motors last night. (2 days after). Yikes! I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas. Tell Jason he did a great job on the shop lights. Reba
