Ducks Unlimited

We bought a rear storage bag from ARS Powersports in Okeechobee, it was the same price as online and we were there so we bought it, put it on Jeff's bike. We liked it so much that we bought another for my bike. So 2 weeks ago we went to go riding and I was packing the bags and I must have put too much RUM in it [smiley=Shocked.gif] OPPS...and the seam along the zipper ripped [smiley=Unhappy.gif] So we still had the box from the other bag and it said it had a 1 year warrantee! So I decided to email Ducks Unlimited directly and sent pictures. So we had a return email from Trucker Rocky the distributor immediately saying they would send another one out right away [smiley=ThumbsUp.gif] Then we got a email from Kwik Tek, Inc. saying they would send a label out so we could mail back the damaged bag.
and Tucker Rocky said we were the only ones that have had a problem with any of these bags. We received the new bag in 2 days.
