One day at the Tickle-Me Elmo factory John, the shift supervisor, was in his office when 2 employees came in complaining about the new hire Sally. They said she was holding up the whole assembly line. So John went out to investigate. When he got to Sally's station he observed as she would place 2 marbles inside of orange cloth and sew it between elmos legs. Instantly realizing the issue he stopped her and said, "Sally, I think you have misunderstood your job description. You are supposed to give Elmo to test tickles."
