I am selling a 1.25 acre lot is Holopaw Florida. It is gated key access only. You have to be a land owner or their guest
to ride there. You have access to over 10,000 acres of trails/mud pits/streams, ect. You can ride, set up a camp, hunt,
target shoot. The lot is high and dry and within 4 miles of the main gate. There are no extra fees there, you buy the land
and bring your friends at no extra charge. Up to 4 people can be on one deed and each person would get a key.
There is a designated hunting area. There are deer, hog, and turkey.
If interested email mbaker2588@cfl.rr.com. I am asking $6000 for the lot.

Many other people are selling the same size lot all dry for 4G.....Why is yours so much more, does it have a camp or a well on it already or something? Thanks, Im interested in buying out there.

Thank you for the info. If you decide to come down any (like to 4g) please let me know. I will be buying a piece in the next 2 weeks or so and unfortunately this is all I have set aside for land purchase.
When you sell this piece, can more than one name go on the deed now, or do you have to sell it to just one person seeing it has already been owned? Thanks for info. Mike

My wife and I live in Narcoossee and I am interested in purchasing in Holopaw, however I would like to at least ride go out there maybe for a day and check the place out.  I know that they lock the gate and I don't know anyone who owns property to let me in.  Any suggestions?

Designated Hunting area? You don't know what you are talking about or you are lying. Also 4 miles is not remotely considered "close to the gate" by the way. Just another carpet bagger.

Not a troll just a long time outdoorsman that hates the fact that all of the property in Florida is being "whored" by people like you. You intentially misled people saying there is a designated hunting area which is anything but true. You intentially misled people that your property is right at the gate which is not true. Over the past few years SE has went to hell in a hand basket because of people just like you. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

In my world not "everything" is for sale.

You too can buy property out there and hope this doesn't happen to your vehicle while out riding. Only 3 miles from the front gate.

Bleedsblue,

I had heard about your truck. Sorry that it happened to you. I have not heard of any firebugs out there lately. Hopefully the person was caught or left the area. Respect for other people's property and keeping the area safe is very important to me. If the guy has not been caught maybe the "Posse" will catch him in the act. The same applies to the theives and vandals who destroy other people camps.
All joking aside, a little respect for each other and watching out for your neighbor, things should get better.

Fires have been going on out there for years and at different times a few people have been caught but don't even expect all the fires, vandalism and thievery to stop.

Possibly an accident or more than likely a fire started along a trail outside of our camp and my truck got caught in it. We don't have any enemies out there, been in our camp for over 2 years. At the time there were 3-4 fires a weekend being started by a fire bug.

I do to but if you think it's going to get better you are living in a dream world. Four years ago you didn't think twice about leaving some basic items out at your camp (shovels, small grills, clothes, electrical cords, etc...) now anything that isn't bolted down and costs over $10 is stolen. Fires happen but not to the point of half a dozen in a single weekend. Better believe we have cameras around camp and will do whatever it takes to protect things in our camp. We always have a watchful eye out but at most it will only slow things down at best...for their sakes they better hope I never catch anyone responsible.
