ok well saturday i went out and bought a brand new 2005 trx400ex.Now here is the problem the grabbar is not bolt on it is part of my subframe and the grabar is preaty skinny and im afraid when i do wheelies if i ever go to 12 o'clock it,it well snap and mess up the subframe.now one of my friends told me to saw off the grabbar and buy a honda 250r grabbar line it up drill holes the size of the bolts then just bolt it on.but here is the problem with that the only honda250r one i can find is a smaller than stock or hollow and i want a fat on so when i hit it,it wont snap on me so any help well be grearty thankful.
                             thanks in advance

here is some cheap advice. ride the bike till you do that 12 o clock wheelie and break the grab bar. then cut it off and 'rig' a new one on. just my two cent.i i had a 400ex with i think a 300ex dg grab bar. drilled two new holes on each side and presto! another grab bar to break off! my luck is i got smart and sold the 400ex and bought a yfz.
