That was funny until the end. That's one of the reasons police are losing respect. I don't think he should have the right to spray a harmless non-threatening drunk.
Someone I know here in Sebring got a DWI on a bicycle.

Yeah that was messed up for the cop to spray him. My cousin got a DWI on a bike too.
