O dang. You crazy kid. Maniac on 4 wheels. The asphalt rapist.

John, I will move out west with you. But only if the place has mud, rocks, sand, and a mud/rock/sand place nearby.

I'd probably like to do it in about 5 years. Mabey less, not sure. PSL pays alot for their firefighting but if "out west" pays the same, I'd move in a heartbeat. I'd go a little more south of Oregon. You dont wat to drive 6 hours to get to the trails each time.

I'm gonna be full-time RV with a big toy hauler so I'll be traveling all over.  I'll probably be down south around Glamis mostly.  I'm guessing diesel will be close to $5/gallon by then so I may have to keep it parked for long periods.  We'll see.  Would be nice to have some contacts close by, though.

Dunno, I'll figure out something.  Expenses will be pretty cheap.  Might try some whoring.

I'm planning a 2 week Glamis trip for the day after Christmas.  It will be a feeler to see if I want to do it for good...but I think we already know the answer to that.  I just got my new paddle today, it looks sick!

Yah, I gots a couple of 450s.  My girl is takin her 230.  I'm gonna paddle up a little 80 to take along also...should be fun.  I'll send some pics when I get everything ready to go.  Funny what a big deal it is for us eastcoasters to make a dune trip but it's just like going to the beach for the guys out there.

I too am one day going to head out west and explore Glamis, Pismo, and Winchester Bay. Those places just look intoxicating! Cool
