I kinda have the same problem with my bike. I have the one in my signature and a 250 spinning 26's even with low range is allot to ask. I would probably say a jet kit would be the first thing. I dunno how many compaines make exhausts for utes besides Supertrap. Other then that I would say a k&n filter or something along those lines. The object would be to get more air going in and comming out while getting more fuel so those mods cover that...

Bottom lines is you need an exhaust with jet kit an K&N filter. Once you do that you need the clutch kit since it is an auto and you have bigger tires. HMF exhaust with jet kit and K&N filter, EPI clutch kit. That is the key.

The HMF utility would give you the best power gains. If I were you I would get a HMF utility, dyno jet kit and a clutch kit and you're good to go!

whats the clutch kit for? and what does it do?
A clutch kit will simply allow you to make better use of the power available. It allows the transmission to engage and start turning the tires better and quicker. A clutch kit willnot give you more power but it will make better use of the power available. You ever get in a mudhole and stop and punch it and it just kinda bogs out and shakes and crap? A clutch kit will elminate that problem...

Yes. Clutch kits are actually more effective on autos cause it engages the belt quicker and keeps it from baking the belt in a mudhole. Like when your mudding and stop and put it in reverse and all it does is spin up but the tires dont turn? Thats the reason. Your smoking the belt and that is not a good thing. So defently get one for your next mod. Highlifter probably has one so they are where you need to go. EigerGuy- Dude dont worry about killing your bike. Unless you put like 28 outlaws on it then aslong as you get the lift and lift you shouldnt have a problem. But once you go up to 26's or 27's your probably gonna need a clutch kit. Espically on a auto. My dad has a polairs sportsman 500 auto and with 27s and sometimes if he stops going foward then he just winches out cause he is running the stock clutch and it will just bog and smoke the belt and get nowhere. But aslong as you drive it right and mantain it you will be fine.

Well most people get 12in wide all the way around. When you order 2 rears and 2 fronts the fronts are skinnier then the rears. So its not like having 4 super wide tires. But definetly go with the lift as the next mod. Then the zillas or laws.
EigerGuy- You should be able to get all that stuff at highlifter. If you cant get what your looking for call up dennis kirk or Rocky Mountian and they'll hook you up. Just make sure you get products desined for mudding. Like we are having to buy heavy duty axles for our polairs cause the 27s are allot for stockers. Since both of you have a solid axle in the rear you shoulnt have that much of problem except for the front. But when you play in the mud allot something is gonna break somewhere. But its all good...
