Here are the results from last nights race:

INTERMEDIATE QUAD
1st- #6 Travis Edwards, Yamaha YFZ450
2nd- #21 Brian Maurer, Honda 450R
The Intermediates ran with the Vets. Travis raced a good, clean race with the Vets, even though after Brian broke down before the main, he didn't really have to.

NOVICE QUAD
1st- #4 Dare Rambo, Yamaha YFZ450
2nd- #2 Zach Jacobson, Yamaha YFZ 450
3rd- #James Vogen, Yamaha YFZ450
Dare won heat 1 and Zach won heat 2. The main was anyones race to win.
The main was an excellent, clean race. Zach ran hard, but just couldn't get past Dare. James ran extremely well also, working his way up to 3rd.

VET QUAD
1st- #71 Rick Dugan, Yamaha Raptor
2nd- #72 Chris Cabana, Yamaha YFZ450
3rd- #1 John Main, Yamaha YFZ450
This class is always a good class, which seems to grow every week. Through both heats Rick and Chris raced hard lap for lap. In the main, Chris led a large portion of the race, until Rick finally passed him for the win. John was a newcomer to the track, and still managed a respectable 3rd place.

LADIES QUAD
1st- #72 Lisa Cabana, Yamaha YFZ450
2nd- #18 Carleigh Haas, Honda 400EX
3rd- #1 Lauren Melow, Yamaha YFZ450
Lisa Cabana is the lady to beat, for sure. Carleigh, who also races in the Youth class ran extremely well to end up 2nd. Lauren, who is new to the track rounded out the field in 3rd.  The ladies class is growing, as there are more and more ladies consistently coming out to race.

YOUTH QUAD
1st- #92 Jon Cabana, Yamaha Blaster
2nd- #7 Austin Akers, Honda 400EX
3rd- #1  Joey Green, Honda 400EX
This class is a fun class to watch. These kids are fast and go ALL OUT. I thought that Austin was going to hold Jon off for the win, but Jon was patient and worked his way around him. The rest of the field was right behind with Joey, Carleigh, and Chad just waiting for Jon and Austin to slip up so they could get around.

PEE WEE
1st- #01 Brian Maurer, KTM
2nd- #20 Cordell Moats, Suzuki
The Pee Wees on the 50cc bikes are great. In the end the 2 stoke KTM was just a little too fast for the 4 stroke Suzuki.

SR. BIKE
1st- #54 Kurt Brady, Yamaha YZF450
2nd- #2 Monty Klein, KTM SM450
3rd- #25c David Coon, Yamaha
Our resident "fast bike", Kurt Brady, got a little "surprise" from flat rack newcomer Monty Klein. Monty is another Supermoto rider who decided to give flat track racing a try. David came in a close 3rd.

GADGET SPRINTS
1st- #29 Jeff Rairdon
2nd- #4 Kenny Perry
3rd- #20 Joe Mirrione
The "noisy" cars! I personally enjoy watching this crew race. A great bunch of guys that race hard and clean every night. These cars seem to have "mechanical difficulties" regularly, but they fix 'em and they're right back in the next race.

MICRO SRINTS
1st- #48 Scott Greene
2nd- #90 Ivan Page
The remainder of the field were DNF due to mechanical problems.
The track was good and tacky and these guys were racing HARD and flying! (hard enough that some of them broke down!)

It was excellent night of racing. The weather was great, the track was great, there were no accidents, and we were done racing by 10:30- 11:00! Thanks to everyone who came out. See ya next time.

We had a great time as usual on Sat. night.   The best 2 races of the night had to be the Youth class and the battle for first with Jon & Austin, and the Ladies class with Carleigh & Lisa.  I still need some track time and some work on the 250r before I get back out with the Ladies class  Huh  No doubt Lisa is a great teacher for us newbies out there, she's awesome  Bow

Yeah, Austin, Carleigh and Joey just get faster and faster every week. I really thought Austin was going to hold Jon off, but it didn't happen. Maybe next time.

More track time? Work on the 250R?
You know... I'm not to start trouble... but Lauren said you were just scared since she was out there.... but I'm not trying to start anything...
