Hate to hear about the fire. Feel bad for everyone.

Anyone want to buy a 1.25 acre free and clear deed in River Ranch? Make and offer.

Do you have an easement recorded in the Polk County public records?

It belongs to a friend of mine. He bought it a long time ago and never did anything with it. It is not in the camping area and the actual location is supposedly located around the Donna Hole. No easements, etc. Just another regular old RR deed.

It'll take over $3k to buy it.

The high price is because it has been cleared already.

lol, not a fire sale. Just someone I know who has a deed and wants to off load it. He's not in a hurry, just has never used it, never seen it and figured he'd get rid of it.

I wish it was backwards day though. If it was, I'd still be at home in bed.
