Polishing Engine

I have a 400ex, and it is torn apart right now, as some of you have already read. The engine is stained from clay, as you can see in the pics in my other post "400ex remodel." I have started to polish a few spots with mothers polish, and it looks really good, but I need a way to get in all the cylinder fins and everything. I was thinking of buying a small polishing thing for a drill and getting it between the fins and everything. What do you all think?
