LOXAHATCHEE -- Two young children were hurt Tuesday afternoon while riding an ATV in their neighborhood, authorities said.

The boys, ages 6 and 2, were flown to St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach around 3 p.m. Their conditions were not immediately available.

 Investigators said the boys' father let them drive the ATV down their street, in the 13900 block of 23rd Court North, when it flipped on top of the children. The children were not wearing helmets, the Sheriff's Office said.

people should have to take I.Q. test before being allowed to purchase atc,atv,dirt bikes,jet skis,crotch rockets,or any other form of transpertation for that matter.and people who make these poor choices should have their rights to drive or ride or own any motorized vehicle revoked

that father should be taken out and be beat to death. how stupid can you really be? a 2 year old?? with a 6 year old?? what the heck? on a asphalt street too. he broke like 10 laws letting them ride like that. throw him under the jail.

He definitely should not be allowed to be a parent.He obviously doesn't care about his childrens' safety.
