I would have thought the Kawasaki would have been lighter using the aluminum subframe.
Seems more of a trail bike then a mx-er.

The black flame plastics look pretty hot.
We need someone to test the welds on that aluminum frame though.
(Maybe that crazy bastid from Quads Only, Fred, will put it through the paces for us first)
I just have confidence issues with a first year bike.

I really like the thing. Being a XC racer, I hate being stuck in situations where I have to get off and pull the bike off a stump or back out of a trail that is blocked off. Only thing I dont like is the way the A-arms are in the front.. Not really the A-arms themselfs, but what they are mounted to on the frame.. Looks so easy to bend if you got hit from the side.

They are mounted like that on purpose;suposedly you can have tremendous shock travel using this method also, and they were actually mounted like that to prevent frame damage..... A new concept that could trun out good or bad, we will just have to wait and see... Straight outta Dirtwheels...

Well, then that sounds like a logical reason. I just never liked the way the kfx700 looked with that. You may see one in my sig with some houser's and axis in the next year!

I like it. I might get one, if my wife doesn't flip out.

I'll take a green one. I've heard various release dates. Anyone got any solid release info?
