I ran a closed air box and a HMF full system and I was running a 150. I think 170 or 175 will be way too rich. I would start at 150 and go from there.

It will rin like crap and also run hot. Lean=Hot.
Now I run a DR D slip-on with a quiet insert. I have an EHS lid. It is just like running an open air bax as far as flow is concerned, but still with some protection from the elements. I have a 50 pilot with 2 1/2 turns out on the screw. Stock is a 48. Whan I had the stock needle the clip was on the second slot from the bottom, so it was moved up slightly. Now I have the HRC needle and it is on the center slot. My main jet is a 180.
Like I said before start with a 150 or call Yosh. I'm sure they will be glad to help you with that information

the one im looking at is
DG KEIHIN 5-PAK MAIN JET KIT 150-160 – Jets 150,152,155,158,160
it has 150-160 so i can try and find wich one would work good with it
also should i move the needle the clip and adjust the screw ? and should i get a biger pilot
