Ghost Rider: Man, Myth, or Legend.

For those of you who don't know, Ghost Rider is a guy from Europe who makes videos of himself driving at insane speeds in urban settings, clad in all black on a tricked out black street bike.
Rumor was the police caught him last month, and that was the end of his posts, but a new post just came up and it looks like him.
Now they're saying that the video of him getting caught was a fake.
Authorities are making no comment on this.
The original psyhcopath street racer was THE BLACK PRINCE who was from France. Ghost Rider was inspired by him and picked up where he left off.
You can see most of Ghost Riders work on youtube.com or streetraceronline.com.
So do you think he's real, or this is staged?
I'm leaning towards him being real just based on the speeds.

I work for the division motor vehicles, they pay me to waste time.
I oblige them.
Why do you think it takes so long to get your drivers license?

So your the one resposible for the blue hairs clogging up traffic. Hey just curious, how many times do you get cussed out a day at work? When I lived in Hollywood I would see someone going off the handle everytime I went to the Drivers license place on University drive. I was actually behind a guy that kicked out the glass of the exit door he was so pissed. Ahhh the good old days.
