One of the places I ride at (do not ask me where, i will have to kill you), the Tortoise is a common sight, out and about in the heat of the day. These little four legged armored creatures can be seen walking down the trail, or on the hot azz road all summer long. I believe it just gets too hot down in thoses holes, so they take a stroll. They fear nothing, and follow no laws or rules, set forth by the SFWM or the Forestry Dept. I will have a toast for the Tortoise tonight.
