Possibly the spark plug doesnt have enough dielectric grease in the boot. Go pick up a tube and fill up the spark plug boot with the grease.. Then look into a snorkle kit.

I bet it is not your pipe , it is your carb..if your pipe is underwater you carb would more than likely be as well , and if it is not vented above the water it will suck water and try and die , that is my theory

you need to route the carb vent lines up to at least the handle bars, also the fuel drain bowl line needs to be plugged (golf tee works great).  The drain line has a small plastic ball which seals the line but as we know gas is lighter than water so the ball will float and water will get into the carb.

Another thing to check is your spark plug boot and make sure there are no cracks in it.

The snorkel kit only does the air box, you still need to bring the carb vents up and plug the carb drain line

Yep, there are 2 carb vents.  Plus the carb drain tube, while your at it you should also do the vents for the front and rear diffs, and the front drum brakes if you have them.

I agree with fox. Most of the time I just keep it under the point where the seat meats my red plastics.

A little water? I'm talking upto my knees when it hits my seat. Although I will go over that once in awhile.. now that the lake by our house is GIGANTIC.
