Need to title my old ,1979  honda atc 110 which i have had for 20 years .
Cant find a bill o' sale.
Any suggestion on how to obatin a title , trying to save time .

Just have a friend right you up a hand written receipt. Back date it before July 1, 2002. That way you don't have to pay sales tax on it. I have done it 3 times already, works fine. Here is a link to the information you will need

DONT do anything!!!  FL TITLE FEE SCAM!!!  unless you were stopped and warned by FWC!  its just a way for the state  to get $$$$$ out of you.  when FL starts to open good riding areas,and issue a TAG or STICKER then i will title my bike Angry

Thanks for the quick reply guys .
I don't want to give the state any more money than i have to , but after 20 + years of riding  in the cypress now i have to title it for a ORV  permit , nonsense .
 
They won't issue you a permit if you don't comply with the new law.

just tell them the truth. you sign an affidavit that you have owned them for twenty years and pay your fee. We have titled 6 total and three this way with no problems.
