riding at the beach

if anyone knows any beach that allows atv please let me know. at 8 st and 137 ave where is this place at ? west of 137 ave or south or north??

Go to indian pass  at pubic boat ramp   
and you ride 17miles of beachs at cape san bias in florida panhandle.

You might, have to get a 4x4 permit at port st joe courthouse
in downtown port st joe and they do 1year 4x4 riding permits there.

But,
I use have a used 30ft sailboat overby panama city,
i use to go to indian pass to get over by st vincent island to walk beach there back in 2004.But i don't know they still ride atvs at cape san bias between indian pass.

its in south florida,i wouldnt go out there anytime soon because cops were running people out of there a couple weeks ago
