NEED A PLACE TO STORE THE QUAD. HELP!!!

I no longer have a spot to keep the quad. My brothers garage now has two mustangs in it that are being rebulit. Its a pain to try to work on the bike cause it's shoved in a tight cornor and it's also a pain to take the bike out cause you have to move all sorts of parts, tools and usually one of the cars. I can't keep it at my house cause my mother would probably damage it purposely. Looking for a storgae unit but I'm worried about the security and also I'll need power so I can work on the quad when it's damaged. Not to mention the door sizes to the right sized untis are to small and the right sized door unit is to large and way to expensive for me. I'm in Southern florida in Naples if anyone knows of a good storage chain or even a small shop for rent please let me know.
