I'm wondering if there's any police auctions or anything similar to that ever going on around here?  Like bank repos and all that stuff, where do I find out when and where they are?

look at:

gov deals.com

they have atv and other confiscated stuff from time to time.  you can also look at your local county or state websites for surplus items

I'm going to keep that one in mind, and maybe attend!!  I've heard of some people getting some killer deals on stuff.  I heard about one guy getting an H1 for less than 20 grand at one of these repo auction things.
