I was looking at the new YFZ450 and inspiration hit me to look for a tasty food for eating and luck have it, I found it........

The trick to making tender muffins and quickbreads is all in the measuring and mixing. Here's how to make sure your baked treats turn out perfect.

Measure ingredients accurately. If the ingredient proportions aren't correct, the breads will fail. If there's too much liquid, quick breads may sink in the middle. Or, too much fat can make them coarsely textured. Use dry measure cups (the kind without a spout) for flour and similar dry ingredients, and liquid measuring cups for milk and other liquids. Use measuring spoons for small amounts of wet or dry ingredients

Proper mixing is important. If the batter is overmixed, quickbreads and muffins will have peaked tops and tunnels inside. To get the right consistency in your batter, start by combining the dry ingredients in a bowl and making a well in the center. Combine the liquid ingredients and pour them into the well in the dry ingredients. Use a rubber spatula to gently combine the wet and dry ingredients. Stop mixing while the batter is still a bit lumpy.

Okay, I was looking at the TRX250EX and the plastics reminded me of a little fat child that I once met. Then thinking of that fat child I met, I rembered that he was holding a cell-phone..I then remebered that the inner workings of the common cellular phone are not to much diffrent from that of a cake. Well here it is, my cake.

Most non-cooks won't attempt to bake a cake because it seems like a big, complicated project. Even people that cook regularly won't bake simply because they lack the time. Well, anyone can take advantage of these cake mix shortcuts to create fast, easy and delicious desserts.

I've always been a "from-scratch" baker, but over the years I've tried quite a few recipes that use a cake mix as a shortcut. Recently, I went through my recipe files looking for desserts that used cake mixes and I was surprised to discover how many favorites were there! These are the ones that I've made again and again; the recipes that people request most frequently.

Please do try some of these! You will be very pleased with the results.

Vanilla Cupcakes!! :
Ingredients
250g/9oz unsalted butter, softened
250g/9oz caster (superfine) sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
185g/6½oz self-raising flour
60g/2¼oz plain (all-purpose) flour
185ml/6½fl oz milk
sweets, to decorate
For the icing
250g/8¾oz white chocolate buttons
300ml/10½fl oz sour cream

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Grease a 12-hole 125ml/4½fl oz non-stick muffin tray.
2. Place the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until pale and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla and beat until well combined. Sift the flours together and fold in while adding the milk. Stir until almost smooth.
3. Divide the mixture among the muffin holes, then bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and leave to sit for 10 minutes in the tin. Turn the cakes out onto a wire rack to cool.
5. Meanwhile, make the icing. Place the white chocolate in a bowl over gently simmering water.
6. Once the chocolate has melted, stir until smooth. Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
7. Gently beat in the sour cream until you have a thick, creamy icing. Spread the chocolate mixture onto the cakes and decorate each with a sweet.
