I live in Jacksonville. What is St Mary Shoals like. I've seen some information about it but wasn't sure if it was work riding. Please let me know if it mostly wet or dry trails. I also looked at Mallory Swamp but didn't see a lot of information about it.

They do allow them on the track the same time as long as it is not a race weekend. We used to go quote often but have not been in a while. I would ride my Raptor 700 on the track with my son on his Can Am ds90 and my wife would ride her utility on the trails. We changed our riding style which is why we don't go any more.

Bostwick MX. They have a MX track for bikes and ATVs and trails to ride if your bored with the track. A real nice place to ride.
From St. Augustine:
Head South on 207 to Palatka. Head north on 17 for approximately 18 miles to Sungarden Rd which is a dirt road on the left hand side. Look for the large white nursery buildings on left. This is the county line of Putnam and Clay. Turn left on Sungarden Rd, go approximately 2.5 miles to the entrance on right, look for the sign at entrance.

My wife and I went there weekend before last and had a nice ride. We spent the whole weekend and rode about 80 miles. We made the trip to the 88 store, went to Lake Delancy and rode all the red and brown trails. They do have a pool and they are real strict on riding ATV's only from your camp site to the trail. Word of caution, look out for bears on the red trails. We ran into one, and it starting coming towards us while we were turning around. This happened about 1/4 mile from the park. You will enjoy yourself. Wish they had a few more places like that.

Which church did you park at? I see 2 churches on google earth. One on Shindler and one on Collins. Where do you enter the property and any issues parking a trailer. I might have to cruise over that way and scope this out. Like someone else said, i would hate to come out of the woods and find my truck and trailer towed. I am not real versed with side of Jax.

How to you get to this place. I live between Girvin Hickory Creek road. We pretty much ride at Hog Wallers, Mudmuckers, Fat Daddys and Hastings from time to time. Always looking for a new and different place.

We are thinking about going this year which would be our first time. In a earlier post you mentioned there were several trails. How many trails will be available to ride and will there trails to ride if you do not participate in the poker run.

This is awsome. We miss going there and the hospitality of Paul and Matt. Will look forward to any new updates and hope the trails will be reopened.

It is around 47-50 miles. The wife and i rode it last summer while the kids were at the grandparents. It is a nice ride. We started at the north trail head, stopped at blue sink and just took our time. No (my thumb hurts) as the kids were not with us. It is enjoyable but several spots were kind of confusing due to missing markers. Highly recommend a GPS, water and spare gas can.

Thanks for the info. I take it the main gate closes at 9 pm as specified on the website and do you recommend making reservations or can you just drive up and get a spot onsite. Have bears been an issue in the campground?

My son has a 2010 CanAm DS90X and the seal on the rear shock is leaking oil. I want to get it rebuilt but not sure where to send or take it. I would rather have it rebuilt than replace it as the price of a replacement is over the top. Does anybody know where I can get it rebuilt. Thanks

It looks pretty awsome and the changes should help here enjoy riding. I have a Honda 250 EX for my daughter but I am fixing to give to my son. I see you took off the rear Honda balloon tires which are not that stable in the turns. What size tires did you go to and are those the stock rear Honda rims that came with it. Also, did you change the front tires. Thanks

Kris, Whats the quickest way to access the Centenial Trail from Palatka and is their access to the Blue Sink hole to cool off with a dip. We have never ridden this trail and will give it a try next weekend. Thanks

Thanks for the quick response. We normaly offload and start at the Rodman trail head and ride all the north trails and pass through Lake Delancy campground to cool off and snack. So I can access the store from the North Trail. which one and is this store normally open on weekends. Thanks again.
