Something like this maybe pointing to an atv crossing the moon or riding on it. With 46th annual pumpkin run across the top. Can add some more atvs and dirt bikes in the distance. Also thought about maybe holding an atv in his hand.

General / Where to Ride? / Durhamtown worth going?
|
on: January 27, 2016, 04:00:31 PM

Im trying to get from input on if its worth it to go to Durhamtown? We were planning a trip to the mountains and was going to stop and spend a few days there on the way up. We currently have ridden Canaveral groves, 5A, croom, Ocala NF, Suburban estates, mudmuckers (I liked that place)..and other places/events... My question is it worth it to haul the quads and dirt bikes up there or will I be disappointed by the quality of riding they can offer? So any feedback will be helpful. So anyone that has been there and rode other places let me know your opinion on what you think. Thanks

Just got back over the holidays road the North Trails. Need to widen all the trails. Head on CRASH almost 3 times and I was going slow around corners. And with the red trail going back to Lake Oklawaha Campground its one trail with many people going both directions.
Its supposed to be a relaxing ride in the forest but its tense all day due to what's around the next corner.

General / Where to Ride? / 88 store connector getting fuel

Was heading to Ocala over Thanksgiving and bringing 4 dirt bikes (one 2 stroke). What I am wondering is when we make it to the 88 store can we gas up there? Can we push the bikes to the pump to get fuel? Do we have to bring our own gas tank if we can't get to the pumps? Do they have a gas tank they let people borrow if you can't ride with a spare tank?

So I paid with PayPal for my entries. I paid 3 seperate times for a total of 4 entries as more people were going. I have the PayPal receipts but nothing from you guys. Nothing in spam folder. If I don't receive anything will my PayPal invoice work as my registration and free t shirt? Also all 4 entries were in my name do they have to be in the name of the person riding? We are all arriving at the same time.

Any updates on conditions of the trails? Is it dirt bike passable? How about the parking area for the truck/trailer will we need a 4x4 to get through or will a 2 wheel squeal work??

What do they do if u have an old dirtbike that was never titled? I have a friend that wants to go and the 1999 yz250 is all we have left to ride. I never titled it since it wasn't required when I bought it in 2000. I don't remember getting any paperwork with it. Is my friend SOL. I plan on calling dmv on Monday and seeing what they say about getting it registered.

Won't let him on his atv or dirt bike without it. He used to give me a hard time about wearing it. No problem getting him to wear the helmet and neck brace now. If he just had his elbow pads on..

I received a minor waiver form from one of your members, but only 1. Can I make a copy of it for the other minors going from there parents? I didn't know if it had to be on your form with the reddened highlighted areas. I don't see a link on your web site for this form.

I think its a great place to go. The only thing that I don't like is the small water hole everyone thinks they can fit in at the same time and the port of lets there just nasty. I will say when it rains this place is VERY muddy which is a good thing. I would recommend parking WAY in the back because people will ride all night zooming right by your camp site. If you go during a holiday weekend don't expect to get to the showers anytime soon.

We rode centennial trail on Thanksgiving morning. Only ones at the trailhead off of 40. Was a nice ride until we got lost a few times cause of no signs. Few hunters out and a few trucks on the trail but nothing stressful until on the way back. Came around a turn and mr black bear startled the hell out of me and probably him to. The roughly 5 feet I was away from him bolting off left a skid mark in the sand and the boxers.

Sorry to jack the thread but needed some info that might be helpful to other people interested in RR.
Im interested in buying but can someone help me out with the FEES at RR. I plan on putting myself and wife on the deed.
How much would the yearly cost be for both of us (me and my wife) to ride on 2 seperate atvs? What about this spouse permit says no additional ATV's. My son is 15 now how much would it cost him to ride there when hes 16?
I see on the RR web site a spouse permit and owners permit needed by anyone 16yrs or older.
Im concerned with this owners permit needed for a 16year old + what is this all about??
