front yard is legal. as long as you dont touch the sidewalk or road you will be ok.

look around for a f250 or 350 with the 7.3 powerstroke. for 2 reasons; 500miles per tank(bout 20-25mpg) and no matter how much you lift it mpg wont change much. i picked 99 350 4dr longbed up for 9,000 out the door total. 250k on the clock. just my 75 cents. oh and i make my own bio fuel for that much.

5  General / Product and Services Reviews / Bad experience with auto cybers on: March 03, 2008, 01:03:25 PM
ive been looking for a f350 with single wheel in the back for a while now. in south fl to find one that is long bed, 4dr, auto, 4x4 is a project on its own. so i found one at auto cyber. took it for a drive and all was good. wife noticed that the brake lights didnt work when we got back. not a big deal. told them id be back friday to pick it up, they said they would have it fixed. got there and they did. not a problem. drove it agian and power steering went out. didnt bother me b/c i wanted that truck and knew it would be a realitivly easy fix. any ways drove home;next day no batt juice to start, windows didnt roll down, windsheild wipers no worky, no hi beams, bad shaking after 40 all of which wasnt a problem before i brought it home. also they sprayed underneth the truck so i wouldnt notice that under the liner the bed floor was rotted out. i guess thats a price i pay...oh by the way i paid 9k now i see why...

Moral of the story: before you buy check, double check, EVERYTHING. pull fuse panels down make sure nothing is rigged. check wiring, and if you buy from these guys, triple check. then talk them down as far as possible.

7  General / Open Discussion / Re: Anybody ever lower a vehicle? on: February 23, 2008, 10:35:09 PM
the blocks do not affect the back ride. all it does is lower the leafs further away from the axel. but towing and hauling will be a little bit different, dont try to strain the rear end. now the front, go to a couple of forums(depending on what your truck is) and either you can find a set of used springs from a wrecked truck, drop spindles, cup kit ect. another idea which I DO NOT RECOMEND is go to autozone or pepboys and get a set of coil spring compressor clamps(if you have springs on front). you can adjust these but the bad is if they pop off or when they pop off it will be a bad day. and dont forget bout torsion bars....there are all kinds of possibilities just do some research..  Just my two cents do not lower it. you probably throw a trailer or ATV in it so you hit a little bit of off road but it only takes one pointy rock to the oil pan and your looking for an engine or new truck. seriously think about what you do with your truck. in my opinion dont do it, spend that money on the finer things in life.
8  General / Open Discussion / Re: Why did you buy your ATV on: February 22, 2008, 07:50:34 PM
i bought mine to do doughnuts in neighbors lawns and make their 60lb akitia go nuts.... ohh no wait thats the punk kids in my neighborhood and that my yard!!

PLEASE BULD ONE DOWN SOUTH (like dade, palm beach, homestead ect) or maybe i should just fix my truck so i more than 6mpg when towing a trailer. darn forigen jobbers. Undecided

Im in if you need any help....i try to ride every weekend.

From experience if the goverment says they are going to do someting either A. wont happen for a few years or B. its already happened.

But on the other note if you guys have ever seen holy lands from the sky you would know why they are shutting it down. between the trash and the increasing paths (so to speak) it looks like Billy-Bobs palace.sorry if anyones name is billy-bob, but hopefully you know what im talking about.

A little off topic but in relevance. my wife just started riding so i got her a little 110. is she going to be okay if she rides everywhere i go? i just dont want her to have a bad experience. also utility's are not allowed on the track? understandable but is there anywhere else they are not welcomed?

I got a hook up also. went in there got a couple of flag kits, trans oil, 2stroke mix, 2 sets of goggles, b/s'ed about v force reeds got an education and 10% off. all by the sales manager. never had any work done by them, but they built one hell of a banshee for an ex dolphin player that scared him so bad he sold it a couple of months later. and he was a big boy. i guess to each his own
