Anoriginal, your thoughts required.
1. Why would they go after one manufacturer? 2. Why is this the responsiblity of Yamaha? 3. Is this a money venture for the lawfirm?
I knowyou don't personally work for them, but I thought you may have some insightas to why this occurs.
Thanks

Okay I finally found one of these crawling out of the lawn onto the driveway.I dont know what it is but it has several spikes on its legs that look like they're made for digging. I cant find a picture of one online to see what it is.I wish the damage was just earthworms. Mudnuri,I live close to St Petersburg but thanks for the offer.I'm saving this bad boy to show the Chem Lawn technician. Thanks for all the suggestions.

OKay, please goto the pile of dirt and carefully open the surface and stick a tape measure down the hole and measure the opening. and repost the hole size so we may all determine if it is in fact a mole or a molecricket. Moles leave a hole about 1 1/4" in diameter and mole crickets leave about 1/2" hole.

What are you guys talking about. All I hear is "Sparkling Wiggles". Must be because I'm in constant contact with a 2 year old 24/7. Calling the parents scumbags? Do you actually think the parents taught this to the kid? The kid actually thinks she is saying "Sparkling Giggles" very innocently. She is only 2 or 3 and doesn't go to school unless its day care. Having said that, I don't think I would video record it and post it on YouTube. What's funny to me can be offensive to others. Especially something like this. I've got a funny pic of my 6 year old when she was 3 giving me the finger. It's a shocking photo, but the truth is she just had something on the end of it and she was showing it to me. Also, every time she tried to say "fork" and came out "f*ck". We just kept a straight face and ignored it. Eventually she figured out how to say it. If we yelled at her, she'd have no idea or understanding of what was going on and probably get some kind of emotional problem from it. Exactly you are a good parent to ingnore it AND keep a straight face. I Have raised 4 children ranging from 17yrs old to 11 yrs old and what makes the difference to me is we are not promoting and video taping racist slurs to post for the world to see. Personally I think it was juvenile , of poor taste, questionable parenting, lack of good judgement, not remotely funny, racist, perpetuating racism, and generally of poor character. That is just my opinion.

goto wiseco's page they usually list the stock compression ratio's on there, when you buy a new piston or call them directly. They know everything there is to know about compressions.

The fuel drain screw on the bottom of the carb float bowl? If it has moisture in the float bowl it will act like that sometimes, try and drain it for a few seconds and see if water comes out. make sure you catch what comes out in a little cup. If it has water it and the fuel will seperate or look cloudy, if it has trash you will be able to tell as well.

what a bunch of immature idiots. arguing over a word and its origin and definition. its probably not even a real word. if it is, no one says it.
Fox...when you start a sentence you should capitalize the first word in that sentence. Sentence structure is so important!!! And Fox...if no one says it why is there over 200 pages (hits) of the word on google??? lighten up you need to learn to have some fun ha ha ha ha whooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and beside you havent even asked me what my for sure fact prooven method of sighting a rifle with one and only one shot I stand corrected, douche! You cannot say anything on these threads with out that one guy, well two now that know every God dam* thing. Pointless discussion anyway.

usage Irregardless originated in dialectal American speech in the early 20th century. Its fairly widespread use in speech called it to the attention of usage commentators as early as 1927. The most frequently repeated remark about it is that “there is no such word.” There is such a word, however. It is still used primarily in speech, although it can be found from time to time in edited prose. Its reputation has not risen over the years, and it is still a long way from general acceptance. If they still give you a hard time, just go to a different DMV office. I had a problem at one place, so I went to a nearby small town and had no problems.
I went around the system as well. I bought a quad from a dude in Ga. and they gave me the same run around, so I went to the local Cyco Cycle and bought some bs parts and asked him to write a frame and an engine on there. Told the dmv I built it from scratch and showed em my receipt they asked me to bring it to inspect it, They issued a new vin number and everything. I complied and now i have my green card for it. It took a little longer but it worked.

94Hardbody4x4 got it right. You have to register it in a state that allows it then transfer the title / registration here. But you better hurry. Federal law is getting ready to supercede state laws in January and no ATV will be allowed to be street legal anywhere.
Thank Charlie Christ for that one. He was the leader in the whole thi ng since Florida is ranked second in the world for ATV sales. California being first.
State laws can be passed that are less restrictive than Federal law, but not more restrictive. p.s. it does'nt matter if it was previously registered in another State it still wont be legal in Florida I meant he lobbied for the federal law to be passed not local or state. I understad federal supercedes state.
